1. Guest Count: We recommend your reservation accommodate two adults and one child under 14 years of age. Additional guests will incur a fee of 500 CNY per person, per night. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Check-in: Check-in is available after 14:00; check-out must be completed by 12:00. All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

3. Visitor Policy: To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, non-residents must purchase a day pass to enter the resort at a fee of 200 CNY per person.

4. Commercial Photography Notice: All public areas of the hotel are strictly off-limits for commercial photography. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of professional equipment such as reflectors, tripods, lighting kits, and stabilizers, as well as activities like product photography or frequent outfit changes.
